Wet n Wild Megalast Lipstick in Stoplight Red left a stain even after removing with a makeup remover! |
Review
I won't talk much about the packaging as I have mentioned it in my previous post, read all about it here >>> Wet n Wild in Just Peachy.
There is no weird-scent or weird-taste. Weird is defined as chemically/herbally/florally/powdery or any strong smell or taste.Texture-wise, for Wet n Wild Megalast Lipstick in Stoplight Red, it is surprisingly moisturizing. It does not leave my lips feeling dry nor emphasize the lines on my lips. It applied like a dream, gliding smoothly and can be worked without an aid of a lipbalm if you don't have chapped, or extremely dry lips. Since it is a bright coloured lipstick, mistakes are more obvious hence it is best to have a lip brush to help you fill in the edges as it can smudge or feather. This lipstick stains, hence careful application is needed to avoid messy edges on a freshly applied powder/foundation.
As you can see in the pictures above, Stoplight Red is extremely pigmented and applied evenly without looking patchy. Its creamy satin matte texture gives full-coverage to any pigmented lips. It is a true red without leaning towards any coral/orange/pinks laced with strong blue-undertones.This shade works well all skintones. This is the perfect red-coloured lipstick that would suit any girl for any events/occasion.

The wear-time for this lipstick is around 6-7 hours with occasional drinking/eating, requiring little touch up varying from individuals. I am blown away with the pigmentation and finish for a lipstick with a price tag of only RM16! It beats most of the branded lipsticks I know.
DID YOU KNOW?

- Extremely pigmented
- Great for newbies to test out or makeup junkies to collect
Cons
