Alright, let's face it. It is truly an Asian 'thing' when it comes to 'whitening', 'brightening' or 'having a fair skin'. To a handful, it may be their ideal skintone : Light or Fair for various reasons. When growing up with a Disney Princess Snow White, whose skin is "as white as snow, as red as blood and as black as the wood in this frame", I had always wanted to have fair skin and black hair but I guess we can't have everything our little heart desires. Or can we? *smiles*

Packaging
First off, I love how the product comes sealed with a transparent, plastic cling wrap to ensure that it is not tampered or opened. If you received it without a transparent plastic cling wrap on your product, please return it and request for a new one (just to be safe). It comes in a light blue coloured box with 15 sachets, each containing 15 grams of powder formula of CLINICELL Oral Skincare Anti-Aging & Whitening Essence. The sachets are easy to tear open and quite hassle-free.
Another plus point is, that the important details such as the ingredients, usage instructions, and recommended dosage comes in both languages, English and Bahasa Malaysia. The expiry date is clearly printed and easy to see.
Consumption
I do agree with CLINICELL that it tastes and smells of oranges but my sensitive nose could still taste or smell the fishy scent. The fishy scent, however, I personally think the fishy scent is not a turn off as it is not very strong or potent. The orange extract masks the scent about 85% (?).
The recommended dosage is 1-2 sachets a day/night and to be consumed 30 minutes before breakfast or before bedtime for maximum results. I opted for the latter, as it was easier for me to remember consuming it 30 minutes before bedtime everyday for two weeks. I did not miss any days during the two weeks of consumption as I would like to see the maximum results it can acheive in the 2 weeks time frame.
Preparation
The instructions says:
"Empty content of sachet into 150ml of lukewarm water (40'c - 60'c) or cold water. Stir and serve."
On the first day of consumption, I actually measured and warmed the water. *facepalm* Haha! I have tried cold water as well but I would recommend lukewarm water as it would help to dissolve the product better and faster.
Overall, it is easy as ONE - TWO - THREE.
ONE - Empty content of sachet into cup.
TWO - Add about half a cup of lukewarm water into the cup.
THREE - Stir and DRINK UP.

Glutathione has been called the "Mother of All Detoxifiers" by renowned wellness experts around the world. There are almost 90,000 medical articles about it. It is extremely important as an essential antioxidant, detoxifies, immune system booster, skin whitening and anti-aging.
Collagen is a protein present in all the body's organs and tissues. It provides the matrix that sustains the body's structure. Collagen's main function is to sustain tendons, skin and cartilage. It provides integrity, firmness and elasticity to their structures. Maximizing collagen levels will keep skin supple.
Astaxanthin is one of the most powerful anti-oxidant, whitening and anti-aging. It has been shown to protect the body's largest organ, the skin. The studies are clear and consistent and show excellent results for helping with skin moisture levels, smoothness, elasticity, fine wrinkles, and spots or freckles.
Acerola Cherry (Malpighia glabra), also known as Barbados cherry or wild crapemyrtle, is a tropical fruit-bearing shrub or small tree in the family Malpighiaceae, native to the West Indies and northen South America and also cultivated in India. Acerola has been studies in the laboratory and has been found to be a powerful antioxidant and have anti-cancer potential. Acerola contains polyphenols and vitamin C.
Experience
This is my first time using a skincare orally. Yes, I was skeptical at first but decide to try as I was desperate to bring back my previous complexion which required minimal or no makeup at all. During my second and third year in university, my skin worsen and now its slowly (very slowly) regaining back to its former condition. It is not to say I have a flawless skin, but a skin which I found no or very little fault with.
But having countless of whiteheads, blackheads and pimples with big, opened pores - I feel insecure with my skin and always feel that I need to put makeup on whenever I go out. A big thank you to HiShop for providing the opportunity to test out CLINICELL ORAL SKINCARE.
I consumed all 15 sachets, 30 minutes before bedtime for two weeks and throughout the duration I did not experience any negative reactions towards the product. Since I only consumed CLINICELL ORAL SKINCARE for only 2 weeks or 15 days to be exact, I noticed only 2 out of 9 benefits after consumption which is my skin looks fairer and felt that my skin's ability to hydrate itself. The pictures below shows the Before consumption and After consumption.
Conclusion
Based on the pictures, my skin problems (pimples, etc) reduced a little but some came back again due to period/lack of sleep/lack of water, etc. But overall, my skin looks fairer and my skin look less tired or dull. I was surprised to see the difference in the Before and After pictures. If I were to continue the skincare for another two weeks, I would like to believe that there will be a more significant results.
CLINICELL provided some tips on enhancing their ORAL SKINCARE's effects which are:

- Reduce or quit smoking
- Eat a lot of vegetables, fruits and nuts such as broccoli, blackberry, blueberry, walnut and pecan.
